Paul Thorpe, the main man behind VTQ, was previously with a succession of Indie-chart topping, Peel session recording bands signed to a variety of labels. Since then he has discovered the joys of Cut 'n' Paste music and subsequently launched himself on the internet scene using material from such diverse sources as Sesame Street and the Shipping Forecast to gain notoriety. One such cut-up even made it onto the UK Radio 1 Breakfast Show playlist. Three early tracks set loose in this way became immensely popular and clocked up thousands of downloads?

Stand-out tracks include the typically dry wit of vocal cut VOODOO JUJU which has been creating something of a buzz as a white label.
