the first song "Afro Cookie" has the distinctive Renegades Of Jazz sound, a modern Afrofunk anthem, which was also the starting point back for the 'Moyo Wangu' album. On the flip side, the track 'Pounding Song' with it's traditional sung chants is a work song in a dust infused uptempo Afrojazz treatment.
