THE FACTS: 1. Messiah J looks after all word-related elements while The Expert tinkers with gadgets and gizmos. 2. They come from Ireland and released an album, 'What's Confusing You'' in 2003 on Volta Sounds. 3. They have both worked in record shops and spent too much of their wages on records. Their influences include DJ Shadow, Motown, The Smiths, Sage Francis plus ten thousand other artists. 4. They've supported Public Enemy, The Streets, Jurassic 5, Gangstarr, Buck 65 and Xzibit, amongst others. 5. They have recorded sessions for Steve Lamacq on BBC Radio 1, Across The Line on BBC Radio Ulster and for 2FM in Ireland. 6. They won the title of Best Dance Act in 2004 in the Hot Press Reader's Poll. They were also nominated for Best Dance Act in the Meteor Irish Music Awards (The Irish Brits). 7. They have received the honour of Single of the Week/Fortnight in several publications for the three singles they've released so far. 8. They present to you their new single 'When The Bull Gores The Matador? on Inaudible Records. It features a guest appearance from New York Hip-Hop heavyweight, C-Rayz Walz (Definitive Jux). Taken from their forthcoming second album, it is available on limited edition 12' vinyl. The B'sides are 'I'll Show Them Who's Boss' and 'For Some Disgusting Reason '.
