Dr Feelgood

A 2 track indie pop single (4m 5s) — released March 18th 2013 on Jack To Phono

Ring Ring Rouge are an alternative/indie band from Burnley, Lancashire and are signed to London based independent record label Jack to Phono Records.

Dr Feelgood, the second single to be released ahead of the Lancashire band's debut album planned for this summer, shows off the band's diverse talents exchanging the seaside charm and shimmering guitars of previous single Today for a swaggering back beat, apocalyptic sirens and acutely sinister guitars.

The track has been Ring Ring Rouge's exhilarating set closer at live performances for some time and that sense of energy has been captured perfectly here in what is in essence two and half minutes of elating small town indie disco rave. The Track was mixed by Mark Freegard at Kyoti in Glasgow and Recorded in Berlin at Transmission Studios with Andy Jones. The band are due on a mini tour in March and have dates in Liverpool and Manchester confirmed. The band have been busy recoridng their debut album. They have received praise from NME, and BBC Introducing in recent months.
