Fans of Tramp Records may remember the band "The Bionic I". Their song "Disco Claus" was featured on the third volume of "Santa's Funk & Soul Christmas Party". Actually, the "City News" are none else than "The Bionic I"! Eric Dunbar, member of both outfits, got introduced to the piano at age 5. In 1969 he started playing music with the "City News Band", a New Orleans Rhythm & Blues band. "Bustin Up" is the side unless you like the Kung-Fu craze inspired "Chan The Man" that was around in 1975.
