Q: Do you offer discounts if I buy more than one item?
A: No, sorry. We distribute these titles on behalf of the labels so we do not offer discounts regardless of how many items you buy.

Q: I am a physical store, can I open a wholesale account?
A: Sure - please submit a store request with your details via the form here - https://www.kudosdistribution.co.uk/contact/

Q: Can I collect my order in person?
A: No, sorry.

Q: What is the tracking number for my order?
A: UK orders are sent with 'track & trace' which will be supplied once your order is processed. Unless specifically requested, international or over 2kg (will be shipped via UPS) orders are sent untracked.

Q: I have a query / an item was missing / where is my order?
A: Please send an email to warehouse@support.kudosdistribution.co.uk including your order number and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Q: Can you write a message on the package?
A: No, sorry.
