Shipping & Returns
Our orders are fulfilled by Kudos Distribution. UK orders are shipped via RM48 (tracked) and international orders are shipped via Royal Mail Internation Priority (untracked) from their warehouse in London, UK.
Estimated Shipping Times
- UK: 1-3 working days.
- EU: 2-7 working days.
- Rest of World: 5-7 working days.
These are estimated times and cannot be guaranteed. While we expect the majority of deliveries to arrive within these times, delivery may take much longer in some cases depending on your domestic shipping service or due to other circumstances beyond our control. Royal Mail will only consider a package missing after 28 days have elapsed. We can therefore only start a refund or replacement process after this waiting period.
UK orders are automatically supplied with a tracking number which is provided as part of your shipping notification. No signature is required on delivery.
International tracking is available upon request at a cost of approximately 3 times the standard rate. Please place an order as usual including a note requesting a tracked shipping service and we will contact you to arrange additional payment.
Pre-order products will be shipped to arrive as soon after the official release date as possible. All orders are dispatched in a single consignment so any other items in your cart will be held until all products are available. Please note that release dates for items on pre-order are subject to change.
Please see here for the latest shipping prices.
To arrange a return or for any other query please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. Once returned we can process an immediate refund to the original payment method. In some cases we may be able to provide return labels.
If you received a shipping notification for your order and suspect that your package has been lost in transit, please refer to the information about delivery times in our shipping policy. In most cases our packages will not fit through a standard letterbox. We often see packages returned following a failed delivery attempt where the customer did not receive any notice from their postal service, so we advise you to check whether your parcel is being held at your local delivery centre before contacting us.
