Makes Me Fall

Renowned film and Tv composer Paul Saunderson brings us the second single to be taken from his latest artist album 'All Amounts', where by he has collaborated with a range of artists to bring us a unique and fresh blend of emotionally driven cinematic songs and instrumentals combining catchy vocal melodies with dark and edgy synths, epic percussion and sweeping orchestral strings bridging the gap between his work in film and conventional song writing. This album tells a narrative set in a dystopian future, covering themes of hope, loss, fear, strength and dreams.

'Makes Me Fall' is the second collaboration co - written with 'shamu.' leaning into his raw Indie rock and emotive vocals supported by piano, driving synths, evocative cinematic string writing, epic ambient synths and dark dramatic percussion.

Paul's recent film scoring work can be heard in the recent releases 'Fight or Flight' starring Josh Hartnett from the producers of John Wick, Amazon's latest romantic comedy 'Picture This', along with the hit BBC Studios landmark show 'EARTH'. Other work includes the hit Sky One Action series 'Strike Back', the Netflix no.1 'love at First Sight', Apple TV's 'Trying' starring Race Spall and the BAFTA nominated documentary 'Three Identical Strangers'.

'shamu.' is the solo songwriting alias of Will Irvine, known for fronting trailblazing alternative band 'Daytime TV'.

'shamu.' serves as a creative outlet for ideas that live outside the Daytime TV world, allowing for collaborations and sonic experiments that push beyond the boundaries of conventional songwriting.

Will says "It's been amazing to cook something so special up with Paul, who is really at the top of the game in the film & TV world. I've always been massively into movie soundtracks and video game scores and I love that the song we've created ('Makes Me Fall') lives in that world.
