Praha 7 is a group of talented, daring and inspired musicians. Using a mixture of live, sampled and electronic sound, they lead audiences through a magical and uplifting journey, throwing in breaks, beats, house, hip hop, a twist of jazz & funk and the occasional 80's throwback. Using guitar, bass, pc, keyboards, piano, cello, decks, samplers, drums, soprano & tenor saxophones, percussion and voices, Praha 7 compose, construct and deconstruct, providing a sound that is unique and addictive. Praha 7 recently supported Morcheeba and Lamb Chop, headlined the Abbey Park Festival and Environ's Energy Festival and launched the outdoor stage at last year's Summer Sundae at De Montfort Hall. They have a steadily increasing international fan base drawing fans from as far as Japan, America and Prague itself. Praha 7 has created and produced an original debut album - '10 Counts of Jazz Fraud... The album has been welcomed favourably by Kudos Distribution who are putting the debut single and album out for sale world-wide via Pinnacle once the single (Big Baps / Most Radderist double A side) has been promoted extensively. 'Wow! This is totally brilliant. So good I'm charting it twice. They risk being so diverse as to have an undefined collective style but what a breath of fresh air!! Ace.' Clive Craske - Cable Radio, Brighton 'Hats off to anyone that can namecheck both the The Freestylers and The Art Emsemble of Chicago as influences. This is a strange record that slips out of uptempo electro funk and into house music on the A-side, whilst the flip mixes the breaks, North African influences and jazz to great effects'there's no denying they've a healthy contempt for genre.' Richard Hector-Jones - Jockey Slut'

"but I like it all - a really good mix of styles and rhythms. Great listening." Various) - Anthony Teasdale Update
