Earful of Wax present their first digital project in the form of a 10 track compilation, showcasing a host of talented producers from the UK and overseas including Berlin, Doha, Amman & Montreal. Very much a body of work, Earful of Wavs - Vol. 1 explores both the sounds influential to the label's 2020 launch, as well as the contributors individual style and versatility - from brand new to breakthrough and leaders of their lane.

Expect something for everyone in here, be it bleepy 2-step from Acidfinky to wiggy 4/4 from Amaliah, Breaksy UK Techno from Bluetoof, North London Grime over Callum Asa, heavyweight Bristolness from EM + STAV, new bass explorations from Jamiu, aggressive ambient breaks by J-Shadow, genre defying 160 from GoodMostlyBad, signature UK Funky from NOIRE and mutant Dancehall from Toumba + SIM.

Heavy Club and Radio support all round from the likes of Jaguar, Leon Vynehall, Annie Nightingale, Pearson Sound, Lauren Laverne, Madam X, Jossy Mitsu, Moxie, Anz, Jay Carder, Ciel and more. The compilation was also chosen as one of DJ Mag's top 40 VA's for 2022.
