One of the most hotly anticipated releases of the year hits shops with this release on L2S. The world famous UKG producer Duncan Powell goes full on Future-ward with this, his "Came Into View EP". 4 tracks that defy genres and let Duncan's skills shine! First up is the title track "Came Into View" blurring boundaries and using elements from rnb to dubstep to garage and beyond! Rich textures and lush vocals along with a tuff rnb inspired 2-step/half step beat structure make this stunning! "Hold On" follows in fine style, a tune fought over by a few labels but after the smoke cleared L2S was victorious. A popping 2step beat rolls while looping organs and huge rolling bass accompany expertly crafted vocal cut ups. "Wombat Nite" continues the blurring of boundaries, expertly transitioning from half time beats to 2step and back again. Already gaining praise from some of the biggest players in the scene. Finally is "Need Love" which has been getting loads of support from Whistla and has become one fo the most unlikely rewind tunes of the year! Rich and lush sounds and popping 2step beats make this simply a need to own!
