The Panturas, a surf rock quartet from Jatinangor, are set to release their mini album "Galura Tropikalia" on November 22, 2024. This mini album features six tracks combining their signature surf rock style with traditional Sundanese melodies and lyrics in the Sundanese language.

The album boasts diverse collaborations, including the legendary Doel Sumbang on the track "Jimat" and a unique rendition of the Sundanese classic "Talak Tilu." Produced by Ricky Virgana (WSATCC) with a disco pop touch reminiscent of the '70s and '80s, "Galura Tropikalia" explores West Javanese cultural roots, serving as both a tribute to tradition and a bold step forward for the band's musical evolution.
