The Franco-Swedish couple, who are fast becoming iconic and have no equal when it comes to interweaving airy poetry and pointillist pop, here summon the spirits and celebrate the majesty of the Isola Azzurra on a soundtrack enhanced by the groove of drummer Larry Mullins (Swans, Nick Cave, Iggy & The Stooges [redux]) and superb brass arrangements.
