LTO is the pseudonym of one of the members of Bristol based experimental collective Old Apparatus, and The Number from Which All Things Come is his debut solo album. Within the ten tracks we can pinpoint influences from grime, jungle, DIY noise cassette culture, 'IDM' and even early synth-pop from the heavily treated vocals of 'One Girl'. Released on the collectives own Sullen Tone label, this is a big one for any fan of Old Apparatus, Bandshell, Best Available Technology et al.
