Unsettled Scores Records is proud to announce the release of The New York Graffiti Experience 1976 by Fenton Lawless.

The New York Graffiti Experience 1976 is a short documentary directed by Fenton Lawless, one of the earliest on film to capture the New York Graffiti scene, featuring works by a number of legendary graffiti writers including Blade, Billy 167, Comet and Cliff 156, the latter is interviewed in the film and also provided the illustrations used for the cover of this release.

The documentary started life in 1974/1975 as a slideshow by Fenton Lawless andJustine DiIanni, the film's producer,including original photographs and backed by the song French Fry 97, which was later used for the full documentary as well as other music previously recorded in 1974 by Fenton and his band.

All the music has been previously unreleased until now so Unsettled Scores Records are beyond happy to be releasing The New York Graffiti Experience 1976 as a 3 track vinyl 7".
