The RAah Project is the musical association between the composer and producer Ryan Ritchie and the violinist and composer Tamil Rogeon, both based in Melbourne. In 2009 the duo, expanded with the support of an ensemble of 18 elements including strings, winds and percussion, they released their first job "Score", positively welcomed by the national press among which Blow Up, Elle, Il Mucchio elvaggio, Max Wave Rock, Rockerilla, Noise, Sentire Ascoltare, Vogue, but also international newspapers such asThe Independentand still tastemakers and DJs likeGilles Peterson, Benji B, Osunlade, Kev Bedle. The incessant search for new inspiration rationalized through a balanced use of electronics as a new language for creating music, the duo spent 2013 in the studio to give a worthy sequel to "Score".

There was a project out of Melbourne called the Raah Project. They gave me a CD, I checked it out on the way home, I couldn't believe how good it was – it was definitely up there and beyond. It was a bit of Matthew Herbert, a little bit of Sa-Ra Creative Partners, but with its own melodic Australian vibe going on. - Glles Peterson BBC
