São Paulo-based carnival collective and brass band who combine retro horns with cumbia, baile funk, jazz, led by Thiago França (Criolo, Elza Soares, Céu) - best known as a founding member of Afro-punk explorers Metá Metá.

Formed in 2013, A Espetacular Charanga do França are São Paulo's most hyped carnival group - at 2023's carnival they drew a crowd of 50,000 people to their performance on the streets of São Paulo.

Their debut worldwide release is a compilation of their signature songs + 2 new exclusives inc. a cover of Michael Jackson's "Don't Stop 'Til You Get Enough"
