MidnightRoba is the solo production project of Roba El-Essawy, vocalist of UK trio Attica Blues. Golden Seams, the title track of her first solo album, talks of resilience, of how a deeper beauty can be found in what has been broken but repaired and rebuilt, much like the golden seams of kintsugi and the weathering of wabi sabi.
